Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, scent, appearance, packaging, and design may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
Maison Andrale reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders

By placing an order with Maison Andrale, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Maison Andrale reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Maison Andrale is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Maison Andrale does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds will not be issued except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before completing their purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Maison Andrale within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

At our sole discretion, Maison Andrale may offer a replacement product.

7. Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with the provided candle care and safety instructions.

For safe candle use:

Always burn candles within sight.
Keep candles away from children and pets.
Keep candles away from flammable materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains.

Maison Andrale is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse or improper handling of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, designs, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of Maison Andrale.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from Maison Andrale.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Andrale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
